Yn dyddio’n ôl tua 730AD ac ar gadw yn Eglwys Gadeiriol Lichfield, mae’r llawysgrif ryfeddol hon yn cynnwys y cynharaf o enghreifftiau ysgrifenedig o’r Gymraeg, gan wneud Llandeilo yn lle allweddol yn hanes llenyddiaeth Cymru. Dewch i brofi’r trysor prin hwn yn nhŵr Eglwys Sant Teilo yn ystod y ŵyl. Coffi a bisgedi ar gael.

Step back in time and witness the breathtaking beauty of the 8th-century St Teilo’s Gospels in a stunning digital display. Dating back to around 730AD and currently housed in Lichfield Cathedral, this remarkable manuscript contains the earliest examples of written Welsh, making Llandeilo a key location in the history of Welsh literature. Experience this rare treasure in the tower of St Teilo’s Church during the festival. Coffee and biscuits available.
