Bilingual session - sesiwn ddwyieithog
Jonathan will be entertaining visitors with pop up performances alongside his puppet companion Professor Sheepswool.
Jonathan began his career as an award-winning stand up comedian before training at Ecole Jacques Lecoq, Paris. Since then, he has toured extensively as a clown, actor and storyteller. His work at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin includes The Government Inspector and Arrah Na Pogue. He recently performed on Broadway with the much-loved children’s theatre company Branar.
Jonathan is a visiting lecturer at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London, and Royal College of Music and Drama, Cardiff.
As co-founder of the voluntary organisation Clowns Without Borders Ireland, Jonathan has helped bring laughter to children in crisis throughout the world. Like most of us, he doesn’t play half enough banjo.
