Barbara Scott presents her book and talks about her experience as reflexologist.

Bydd Barbara Scott yn cyflwyno’I llyfr a siarad am ei phrofiadau fel adweithegydd.

Barbara began her career as a reflexologist in Llandeilo more than twenty years ago.  By chance her first client was experiencing difficulties starting a family and she came to specialise in treating infertility. She developed successful treatment plans for enhancing and treating fertility issues in both men and women.

Dechreuodd Barbara ei gyrfa fel adweithegydd yn Llandeilo mwy nag ugain mlynedd yn ôl. Trwy hap a damwain roedd ei chwsmer cyntaf yn profi problemau wrth ddechrau teulu a daeth i arbenigo mewn trin anffrwythlondeb. Datblygodd gynlluniau triniaeth llwyddiannus ar gyfer trin materion ffrwythlondeb mewn dynion a menywod.

Barbara is the founder of Seren Natural Fertility, ReproflexologyTM Training and Chair of The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.  She is the author of  ‘Reflexology for Fertility”, a handbook for therapists which was published by Watkins Books in 2016, and was awarded ‘Complementary Therapist of the Year 2017 by the Federation of Holistic Therapists.  She speaks regularly at The Fertility Show in both London and Manchester and on specialist panels as an expert and voice for Reproductive Reflexology as a form of support and integrative medicine for couples who are trying to conceive. She was invited to host the ‘Understanding the basics’ session at The Women’s Health Conference at Dumfries House, Prince Charles home in Scotland, ahead of the opening of his Integrated Health Centre last year.

Sefydlodd Barbara Seren Natural Fertility, ReproflexologyTM Training a hi yw cadeirydd The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. Hi yw awdur   ‘Reflexology for Fertility”, llawlyfr ar gyfer therapyddion a gyhoeddwyd gan Watkins Books yn 2016 a derbyniodd wobr Therapydd Cyflenwol y Flwyddyn yn 2017 gan Ffederasiwn Therapyddion Cyfannol. Mae hi’n cyfrannu’n gyson yn y Sioe Ffrwythlondeb yn Llundain a Manceinion ac yn ymddangos ar baneli arbenigwyr  fel arbenigwraig mewn Adweitheg Atgynhyrchiol fel ffurf o gefnogaeth i’r parau sy’n ceisio beichiogi. Fe’i gwahoddwyd i lywyddu sesiwn ‘ Deall y pethau Sylfaenol’ yng Nghynhadledd Iechyd Menywod yn Dumfries House, cartref y Tywysog Charles yn yr Alban cyn agoriad ei Ganolfan Iechyd Integredig y llynedd.

Barbara believes in building strong relationships with the medical profession to provide a patient-centered approach to fertility issues that ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual. She works tirelessly to promote reflexology and the structured approach that she teaches to medics. She has formed many successful collaborations with both fertility clinics and specialist medical service providers that puts reflexology firmly on the map as a means of fertility support for couples.

Mae Barbara’n gredwr mewn creu perthnasau cryf gyda’r proffesiwn meddygol er mwyn darparu dulliau claf-ganolog mewn materion ffrwythlondeb sy’n sicrhau’r canlyniadau gorau posib i bob unigolyn. Mae hi’n gweithio’n ddiflino i hybu adweitheg a’r dull strwythuredig y mae hi’n dysgu i ddoctoriaid. Mae hi wedi ffurfio nifer o gydweithrediadau llwyddiannus gyda chlinigau ffrwythlondeb a darparwyr gwasanaethau meddygol arbenigol sy’n rhoi adweitheg yn gadarn ar y map fel modd i gefnogi parau gyda phroblemau beichiogi.
